June 2012 - June 2015
At Elexio, I added several features to a suite of desktop Church-Management applications. My most notable contribution was a mass-texting system that used an ASP.NET WebAPI to interface with our SMS provider.
I was promoted to own the technical side of Elexio's client onboarding process. I built a desktop application in C# that marshalled data from various sources to a common format for bulk import. My application saved over 60 hours of developer time each month and made onboarding easier.
Mid-level Developer (April 2017 - present)
Junior Application Developer (June 2015 - May 2015)
I developed the front-end of Listrak's drag-and-drop email Composer and refactored the back-end rendering engine.
I spent time advocating better front-end practices at Listrak by organizing a front-end developer's guild and contributing to Listrak's Visual Language.
Fun fact: I led a team that won Listrak's hackathon with a drag-and-drop media library.

At TNP, I worked closely alongside a designer and an ethnomusicologist to build out a design-oriented, content-driven site to document their research. I styled everything myself, built a simple back-end, removed all non-vanilla JS. A significant part of the project involved developing a scrolling plugin.
See the site at TheNotedProject.org.
See the scrolling plugin on GitHub.
I'm a creative software developer. I love clean UI and I'm not too shabby with back-end coding.
Currently working with the lovely people at Listrak.
